Shortbread
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes Serves: 16
Ingredients
- 300g plain flour
- 100g sugar
- 200g butter
Instructions

Mix together flour and sugar.

Rub in the butter.

Press down into baking tray.

Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.

Cut while still warm, then cool completely before removing from the pan.
